These terms apply when you use the RizReach Solutions website and our services. By using the website or engaging us, you agree to them.

Services

We provide B2B lead generation, research, data, CRM, email outreach and administrative support services. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are agreed in writing (a proposal, an email or a statement of work) before work starts.

Payment

Fees and payment terms are set out in each proposal. Unpaid invoices may pause work. Taxes and payment-processor fees, where they apply, are the client’s responsibility.

Client responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information, timely feedback and the access we need, and to make sure you have the right to use any data, accounts or tools you share with us. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your own outreach and marketing.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver the services. We will sign a separate non-disclosure agreement on request.

Ownership

Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates and methods.

Results

We work diligently to deliver quality work, but we cannot guarantee specific business results such as sales, reply rates or meeting counts, because they depend on factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RizReach Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service that gave rise to the claim.

Ending the agreement

Either party may end a project with written notice. You will pay for work completed up to that date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, unless your proposal states otherwise.
